Justin Rosenstein is the co-founder of Asana, a fast-growing app that makes it easier for teams to track their work with greater clarity, accountability, and efficiency. He’s also the primary author of Wavelength, an online publication for teams who aspire to do great things together—through a mindful, purposeful approach. Previously he led development for products at Facebook and Google, including the Like Button, Facebook Pages, and Gmail Chat. Justin majored in Math and got part way through a Master’s in Computer Science at Stanford. He is also a serious student of yoga, meditation, and cats.
KT NELSON joined ODC/Dance in 1976 and partners with Brenda Way directing the ODC/Dance Company. Nelson choreographed and directed the Company's first full-length family ballet in 1986, 'The Velveteen Rabbit', which has since been performed annually in the Bay Area as an ODC/Dance holiday production. Nelson has been awarded the Isadora Duncan Dance Award four times and her collaborators have included Bobby McFerrin, Geoff Hoyle, Shinichi Iova-Koga, Max Chen, Zap Mama, and Joan Jeanrenaud. Over the last 25 years, KT has played a major role in defining and implementing ODC's on-going and project-based outreach programs, and she continues to mentor emerging artists in the Bay Area and abroad.
Larissa is a coach, culture designer, and rites of passage guide who helps leaders navigate from their deep listening into greater alignment through her business, Wayfinding. She creates the training ground for Wayfinders by blending ten years of experience in leadership coaching, culture consulting, ecosystems science, ceremony design and facilitation, and holistic healing into uniquely transformative experiences.

Rachel Williams has 3 years of experience at Yelp, most recently assuming the role of Head of Diversity and Inclusion in 2014. She is currently focused on building Yelp’s diversity initiatives to accelerate action. Having grown up in San Mateo, CA, Rachel often found that she was one of only a couple faces of color in her classrooms. This early awareness of her own differences inspired her thirst for increased diversity and inclusion at a young age.
With a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley and more than 15 years of human resources experience in a variety of industries including technology, life sciences, consumer products and retail, Rachel has honed her expertise in recruitment, organizational development, and strategic change activities.
