Andrew Blotky - Director, Global Internal Communications, Facebook
Andrew Blotky is currently the director of global internal communications at Facebook, where he leads Facebook’s employee engagement, communications and culture work across all of the company’s teams and offices. Before joining Facebook in 2013, he was the creator and director of the legal policy and communications program Legal Progress at the Center for American Progress in Washington, DC.
Blotky received his B.A. degree in political science with honors in international security studies from Stanford University and his law degree from Stanford Law School. He is a member of the California State Bar. He is also a RYT-500 certified yoga teacher.
Daniel Guillory - Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Autodesk
Daniel Guillory is the Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Autodesk. At Autodesk, he is working to integrate all dimensions of diversity and inclusion into many parts of the organization including customer acquisition, recruitment, hiring, people development, advancement, investment and acquisition. He also is interested in the application of people analytics to different initiatives. Daniel was formerly CEO of Innovations International, a consulting firm that assists companies globally on leadership, innovation and diversity through assessment, strategic planning, learning & development, and internal communications. Daniel received his B.A. from Stanford University, his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and studied at the Universite de Paris I—Pantheon Sorbonne, along with the Chemnitz University of Technology in Germany. He is passionate about the integration of diversity into the development of Artificial Intelligence.
Cheryl Hughey - Managing Director Culture, Southwest Airlines
Cheryl Hughey can say that her 38 years with the Company have brought her to her “dream job”—but she has worked from the ground up to get there! Joining Southwest Airlines as a Reservation Sales Agent, Cheryl has served in various departments including: Customer Service, Leadership Training, People, and now serves as Managing Director Culture.

Dawn Sharifan - Head of People Operations, Slack Technologies
Dawn Sharifan is the Head of People Operations at Slack Technologies. She has 15+ years experience in both public and private organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She teaches business at San Francisco State University. Her three life maxims are:

Clark served as the chief executive officer of Blue Coat and as a member of the company’s board of directors since 2011. As chief executive officer of Blue Coat, Clark delivered scale and profitable growth, transforming Blue Coat into the #1 market share leader and share gainer in Web Security. In addition to his significant leadership experience, Clark has deep security expertise and a history of successfully integrating companies into a single portfolio.
Jen Freitas - Director, People Learning & Engagement, Clif Bar & Company

Previously, Molly worked on the award-winning Salesforce Public Relations team. With more than 15 years of Public Relations experience, she was responsible for building awareness for Salesforce Service Cloud, the world’s #1 customer service and support solution. Prior to joining Salesforce, she held positions at major technology companies including Cisco, Check Point Software, IBM and UMAX.
Sherice Torres - Marketing Director, Google
Sherice is an inspirational leader with nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, brand and product management, strategic planning, change management, and organizational development. She currently serves as Marketing Director leading Google’s Environment, Crisis Response, and Employment Brand programs. Previously, Sherice served as Marketing Director for Google’s kids and family products, Android Pay, and Google Express. Prior to Google, Sherice spent nearly 15 years as a Sr. Vice President of Consumer Products and Digital at Nickelodeon. She is a mother of 2 boys, with a passion for revolutionizing the public education system in the US.
Rachel Williams - Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion, StubHub
Rachel Williams is the new Global Head of Diversity + Inclusion at StubHub. Having grown up in San Mateo, CA, Rachel often found that she was one of only a couple faces of color in her classrooms. This early awareness of her own differences inspired her thirst for increased diversity and inclusion at a young age.
With a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley and more than 15 years of human resources experience in a variety of industries including technology, life sciences, consumer products and retail, Rachel has honed her expertise in recruitment, organizational development, and strategic change activities.
Tom Chi has worked in a wide range of roles from astrophysical researcher to Fortune 500 consultant to corporate executive developing new hardware/software products and services. He plays a significant role in established projects with global reach (Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Search), and scaled new projects from conception to significance (Yahoo Answers from 0 to 90 million users).
Tom has pioneered and practiced a unique approach to rapid prototyping, visioning, and leadership that can jumpstart innovative new ideas as well as move large organizations at unprecedented speeds. These approaches have benefitted over a dozen industry-leading companies. He most recently served as head of product experience at Google X developing technology such as Google Glass and Google's self-driving cars.
His current focus is delving into human development issues with social entrepreneurs around the globe, rebooting the fundamental frameworks of entrepreneurship itself, and coaching/teaching a limited number of values-aligned organizations & leaders.
