As Principal of Strategic Partnership & Recognition, I play a pivotal role in advancing Great Place To Work’s mission to help every workplace become a great place to work for all. My work bridges high-impact partnerships and recognition programs that elevate employer brands and celebrate cultures of trust, care, and excellence. I am a key architect behind the Great Place To Work For All™ Summit, an annual leadership event that convenes over 2,000 attendees from across industries and geographies. My contributions include curating sponsor experiences that align with our mission, such as branded wellness activities, recognition ceremonies, and immersive networking opportunities as well as managing programming logistics, overseeing strategic communications with partners and attendees, owning on-site engagement.
